That is why we have created herCAREER – a career platform that takes into account all aspects of female career planning, including family aspects. On 9 and 10 October 2025, herCAREER Expo will open its doors at MOC Munich – a networking event that appeals to individuals, whether they are actively seeking a job or simply looking for inspiration and exchange.
As Europe’s leading platform for female* careers, herCAREER creates a space for valuable encounters. This is where specialists and managers, young talents and leading minds from business, science, politics and society come together to learn from each other and work together to create a fairer, more inclusive working world.
herCAREER Expo is more than a classic career expo. It offers:

Admission prices: Early Bird tickets from 10 euros (until 23 September), regular admission from 20 euros. Admission is free for students and graduates on both days.

herCAREER@Night
The herCAREER@Night networking event traditionally takes place on the evening of the fair’s first day. This informal dinner offers the opportunity to network across hierarchies and industries and meet personalities from the areas of business, science, politics and society. An invited table patron – known as the table captain – is available to answer questions and share her expertise and experience. Shortly before the event, the tables and their table captains will be available for selection digitally, always subject to availability. Tickets are only available while stocks last. Drinks and buffet are included.

About founder & CEO Natascha Hoffner
Natascha Hoffner is the managing director of messe.rocks GmbH, which she founded in 2015. With messe.rocks GmbH Natascha organizes the annual career fair herCAREER. With more than 20 years of experience in the trade fair industry, Natascha was already part of a start-up in the trade fair industry in 2000. She has played a decisive role in the establishment and expansion of numerous leading trade fairs at home and abroad. At peak times, together with the then founder, she was responsible for up to 20 trade fairs and congresses a year and around 100 employees. For more than five years, she served as Managing Director, most recently for two years at a subsidiary of Deutsche Messe AG. Natascha is a mother of two and lives with her family in Munich.

About the COO Linda Flath
Linda Flath has been involved with messe.rocks and herCAREER from the very beginning. She has also previously worked in exhibition management, e.g. as a project manager at spring Messe Management GmbH (“Arbeitswelt der Zukunft”), where she was responsible for planning and operational implementation of HR exhibitions & congresses, further development of the exhibition concept, support for partners and much more. At herCAREER, she then helped to develop and implement the new exhibition concept together with Natascha. After a professional “excursion” of almost two years in another industry, she rejoined herCAREER, first as Director and since November 2021 as COO. She likes to stay in touch with her friends in the USA and here at home. In general, she is a very sociable person with a great passion for her job and likes to do yoga for balance.

About the Editor-in-Chief Julia Hägele
Julia Hägele got to know herCAREER 2022 as a freelance journalist and from then on was enthusiastic about the platform and the energetic team behind it. Since March 2023, she has been permanently on board as editor-in-chief. Previously, she graduated from Deutsche Journalistenschule in Munich, having studied philosophy, political science and modern German literature at Ludwigs-Maximilian-University in Munich. She is the author of the book “Grenzgängerinnen – 20 Frauen über das Glück im Extremen”. What she particularly appreciates about herCAREER is the goal of a fair working world as well as the atmosphere at the Expo, where people across hierarchies get to talk.
