Founders and their views on diversity: The Technische Universität München (Technical University of Munich), HV Capital, IHK für München und Oberbayern, Meta Germany, PwC Deutschland, the AllBright Stiftung, encourageventures e.V., Startup-Verband, Techstars and the Association of German Women Entrepreneurs (VdU) Verband deutscher Unternehmerinnen e.V. (VdU) want to find out what diversity truly means to German founders. So far, there is no data on this in Germany.

The aims of their study:
– What importance do founders place on DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) in general and within their own startups?
– How do they evaluate measures to promote DEI?
– What are their expectations from policymakers, investors, and associations regarding DEI measures?
