Anette Kreitel-Suciu is an experienced leader in the field of Human Resources with over 20 years of experience in various senior positions.

She studied economics at the University of Witten/Herdecke and successfully completed her degree with a diploma.

She began her HR career in 1997 in the mining and chemical industries before taking on her first leadership role at E-Plus Mobilfunk in 2001, where she worked for a total of six years. In 2007, she moved within the Dutch KPN group to SNT Deutschland AG (now regiocom SE) in the customer service industry, where she led the Human Resources department for another four years.

In 2011, she joined the heating cost billing company ista SE, where she was responsible for the HR area for the Central Europe region until the end of 2016. She then served as Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the executive board at Teleperformance Germany S. à r. l. & Co. KG, shaping the company’s HR topics until December 2017.

Starting in January 2018, she returned to the telecommunications industry, taking responsibility for the HR department and transformation projects at the fiber-optic network operator 1&1 Versatel for four years. After a six-month interim at the chemical park operator Currenta GmbH & Co. OHG as Head of Group HR, she returned to the 1&1 Group in December 2022 and has since been responsible for HR across the companies of the 1&1 and Drillisch brands.
