“Everything is connected to everything,” says the website of Carton Group GmbH. It’s a good thing that Bianca Orgill sees her strength in recognizing the big picture.

At 38 years old, she is the Head of Marketing & Sales and can fully utilize her skills in this role. Her goal is to build the marketing and sales organization while creating an identity and culture that unites and strengthens everyone.

Together with CEO Andrea Wildies and CFO Michael Stotz, she has a clear vision: to establish Carton Group as a modern, value-driven international company and to lead it to the top of the European packaging industry. “All the topics I am passionate about are represented here. The opportunity to help shape Carton Group’s ambitious expansion plans is truly unique,” the transformation expert enthuses.

One of Bianca’s core principles: “Culture eats strategy for breakfast!” She strongly believes in involving employees in shaping the corporate culture. This, she is convinced, fosters intrinsic motivation and a willingness to take responsibility.

She values diverse perspectives and new environments. Her professional journey has already taken her to Washington, Chicago, and Chile. One challenge she particularly enjoys is bringing together and integrating the different cultures of the recently merged companies.

Beyond her work, Bianca is actively involved in networks that support women in their careers and self-empowerment. She is a member of MentorMe and PANDA | The Women Leadership Network. She has a great relationship with her mentor, Sandra Rauch, and highly values their exchange.

Bianca Orgill also serves as a mentor herself and looks forward to sharing her experiences and perspectives. Transformation and growth—both personally and professionally—are topics close to her heart.
