Julia Dittrich is Head of Fleet at Roadsurfer GmbH and, together with her teams, is responsible for the entire vehicle fleet (including all operational processes relating to float-in, damage management, technical support, float-out, etc.). She is particularly interested in digitalization in order to further optimize the user experience and processes in a rapidly growing scale-up. Previously, she worked in a similar role at Cluno/Cazoo, among others, assisting in the IPO of an e-commerce company and building a projects/process optimization department as Vice President Projects/PMO. She spent her first professional years in management consulting (among others Siemens Management Consulting). Julia is originally a political scientist and deepened her business knowledge in an Executive MBA at IE Business School. At the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, she was a part-time lecturer for Supply Chain Management for several semesters.
