Dr. Julia Ju is the Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Strategy Officer at Körber Pharma, a technology company based in Hamburg. Dr. Julia Ju’s main focus is on implementing a new B2B marketing vision and strategy, scaling the CRM system, establishing company-wide product management, and detailing and implementing a corporate strategy with a focus on M&A. Additionally, she is involved as a mentor, is part of the global CMO Clubs, and various career networks to promote women, diversity, and work-life balance in German corporations. Dr. Julia Ju earned her doctorate at LMU and the Max Planck Institute, as well as Stanford, and subsequently worked for 4.5 years as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Munich and Berlin. Following that, she worked in corporate strategy and strategic marketing at Hilti AG in Liechtenstein.
