Dr. Katarzyna (Kasia) Mol-Wolf is the founder and publisher of the media brand Emotion, and also works as an author and consultant in the fields of Diversity & Media.

Since 2015, Mol-Wolf has been a board member of FAZ, and since 2021 at Studio Hamburg / NDR Media as well. In 2018, she was named “Media Person of the Year” by the industry magazine HORIZONT. Kasia Mol-Wolf lives with her husband and two children in Hamburg.
