Dr. Lena Lindemann

Dr. Lena Lindemann is the Chief Human Resources Officer and Labor Director of ERGO Group AG and is responsible for 24,000 employees. She advocates for the modernization of the company’s work culture, aiming to create a framework for flexible and self-determined work, allowing employees to fully utilize their potential. She values a diverse and open corporate culture, as well as increasing the representation of women in management positions. Her goal is to establish ERGO as a strong employer brand in the insurance industry.

Dr. Lena Lindemann has been with ERGO Group AG since 2017. Before being appointed to the board in 2022, she held various positions in the human resources field. Prior to joining ERGO, she worked as a lawyer at the international law firm Clifford Chance. In 2018, she was selected by Capital as one of the “Top 40 under 40” in Germany. Lena Lindemann has a son and lives with her husband in Düsseldorf.
