As Chief People Officer of DB Schenker Europe, Dr Rebecca Koch is responsible for 50,000 employees. Her focus is on transformation and new leadership: she is passionate about driving transformation and supporting managers in successfully shaping change. In doing so, the encouragement of diversity and women in leadership positions is an important concern for her. She is committed to an inclusive corporate culture and sees change as an opportunity.

Rebecca Koch is convinced that the key to a better future lies in education. She therefore promotes the development of new skills in her role as Chief People Officer and is also actively involved in educational topics outside of her job, e.g. by supporting sponsored children through Plan e.V. and her involvement in the advisory board of Startup Teens and GenZ Talents.

Before coming to DB Schenker, Rebecca Koch worked for Bain & Company, airberlin and Becton Dickinson and lived and worked on various continents, most recently in Asia for three years. She was voted one of the “Top 40 under 40” in Germany by Capital in 2020 and is a member of “Generation CEO”. Rebecca Koch has three children and lives with her husband near Frankfurt.
