Dr. Wibke Jürgensen is a member of the executive management team at iteratec, an IT service provider for innovative software development and challenging digitalization projects with over 500 employees. Since 2017, Wibke has been responsible for iteratec’s market presence, alignment, and growth in Northern Germany, with a particular focus on the logistics and eCommerce industries. As a specialist in organizational development and transformation, Wibke drives topics such as modern leadership, co-leadership, and networked work forward with her many years of leadership experience. Prior to this role, she held various positions at Capgemini, most recently as Head of the Energy & Utility customer market segment and as a business unit manager. Wibke studied Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Bremen and obtained her doctorate in 2000 in the graduate program Complex Dynamic Systems. In addition to her work at iteratec, she is involved in networks and serves as an angel investor to promote diversity among investors and founders, as well as the advancement of digital education.
