Wiebke Ankersen is a PhD holder in Scandinavian Studies and has been the managing director of the German-Swedish AllBright Foundation in Berlin since 2016. Previously, she worked as a press attaché at the Swedish Embassy in Berlin. The non-profit AllBright Foundation advocates for increased representation of women and diversity in leadership positions in both countries: equal career opportunities for men and women and better corporate results through mixed, modern leadership teams are the goals.
