Dr. Eva Voß has been Head of Diversity, Inclusion and People Care Germany & Austria since October 2020. Before joining the bank, she led the New Ways of Working team at Ernst & Young and worked for several years as a diversity manager in various positions and industries. As a keynote speaker and panelist as well as author of various professional publications, Eva’s focus is on Unconscious Bias, Inclusive Leadership, Culture of Belonging, Employee Activation and Governance Structures of Equality.
