For Franziska Kipper-Schreyer, communication is both a profession and a calling. For 15 years, she has combined profound expertise with a passion for guiding people, brands, and companies through their communicative journeys.

The 43-year-old has worked for Payback in Munich, Paris, and Warsaw, as well as for the fashion house Breuninger in Stuttgart. She then moved into the media industry: first to the magazine Stern in Hamburg, and then as Head of Corporate Communications for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. Today, she is responsible for global communications at Freudenberg Home & Cleaning Solutions GmbH (Vileda) in Weinheim. Her focus areas also include employer branding and diversity & inclusion. Change processes are her specialty, and transforming the workplace into one with equal opportunities is her heartfelt concern.

The native Swabian studied Modern German Literature, Business Administration, and Communication Science at the universities of Mannheim and Munich. Additionally, she trained as a systemic coach at the Institute for Applied Psychology in Cologne. She lives with her husband and two children in the Bergstraße region.
