Judith Gerlach is Bavaria’s Minister of Health and has been leading the Bavarian State Ministry for Health, Care and Prevention since November 2023. Prior to that, she was Bavaria’s first State Minister for Digital Affairs and, in 2018, established Germany’s first Ministry for Digitalization.

She has been a member of the Bavarian State Parliament since 2013.
