With her label “Connecting Humans” Katharina Krentz accompanies and supports New Work topics around networking: network building and expansion, networked collaboration, leadership, visibility and learning. She is a sought-after speaker, facilitator and consultant and gives highly practical trainings and workshops. In addition, she is active as a certified Working Out Loud (WOL) coach and is considered the founder of the WOL movement in Germany since she successfully used, further developed and strategically anchored the method at Robert Bosch GmbH in 2015. She has been employed there full-time since 2005 and currently supports the Bosch Group worldwide in the digital transformation as a specialist within Corporate HR in the transformation area. For her work, she and her team were awarded the NewWork Award in 2019 and personally the Digital Female Leader Award in the category New Work 2019 and as one of the most inspiring women “40 over 40” in Germany in 2021. Together with her teams, she is the founder of #FrauenStärken and is thus actively committed to the further development of society for more diversity and equal opportunities.
