In 2015, entrepreneur Margit Dittrich founded the women’s network ‘Frauen-Verbinden’ [‘Women Connect’] (www.frauen-verbinden.de) in Munich, an initiative of Messe München (‘Munich Trade Fairs’). Today, the network has more than 1,000 female decision-makers at its locations in Munich, Berlin and Hamburg.

Margit Dittrich is active with the Personalmanufaktur (www.personalmanufaktur.de), which she founded 20 years ago, as a business & executive coach and as a personnel consultant for executives and managers in various industries. Within the framework of these focal points, she has built up a wealth of profound experience in the field of diagnosing and developing people.

She has more than 20 years of practical experience in and with companies, including more than 10 years with her own leadership responsibility. She is a trained banker and bank business economist, management trainer & coach.

Since 2018, Margit Dittrich also runs her hotel LeCapCassis in the South of France and lives and works there half of the year.
