Throughout her career, Mette Nørr Gantzhorn has focused on ensuring that companies create the context, culture, systems and mindsets where everyone, no matter who they are, will be able to perform at their best.

“As a leader, mother and business psychologist, I am passionately curious about what drives change – in people, between people, in organizations and in cultures. How do we create future fit companies, where people are being respected for who they are, appreciated for what they bring to the table and rewarded equally for what they accomplish while living sustainable lives? Because the best companies are where the best people want to work. This is what excites me and keeps me hungry.” She has also contributed to books, articles and podcasts on diversity, inclusion and change leadership through behavioral design.
