Michaela Ernst is the publisher and co-founder of the business magazine “Sheconomy. The New Faces of Business.” She advocates for equal opportunities, financial self-determination for women, and more women in STEM fields. Previously, she worked at the news magazine “profil,” where she led the innovation department. While pursuing a part-time degree, she studied the changing working conditions due to cyber-physical systems (CPS). She presented the results of her study in a TEDx talk and in the book “Error 404.”

Michaela Ernst is also a consultant (the female empowerment lab), author, and journalist; she lives in Vienna with her husband.
