Natalya Nepomnyashcha

Born in Kiev in 1989, Natalya Nepomnyashcha grew up in a socially disadvantaged area in Bavaria. Without ever having obtained a high school diploma, she obtained a master’s degree in 2012 in the United Kingdom. After studying International Relations, she worked for one of the world’s largest management consulting firms as well as an NGO from West Africa, among other positions.

In 2016, she founded the part-time organization Network Chancen. This social enterprise offers an educational support program for social climbers between the ages of 18 and 39 and collaborates with potential employers. At the same time, the initiative advocates for recognizing social background as a diversity factor. Natalya Nepomnyashcha voluntarily leads the organization alongside her full-time employment.
