Nicole Riggers

Nicole Riggers was a member of the supervisory board at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG from 2011 to 2023. She served as the works council chairwoman and overall works council chairwoman from 2010 to 2020. Her focus areas included negotiating and implementing four interest-balancing procedures along with social plans, negotiating various works agreements, change management, conflict management, and employee counseling. In January 2014, she founded the #ICF “Initiative for Equal Opportunities for Women” for the female high potentials of IKB AG. The initiative aimed to promote the visibility of female leadership potential to sustainably increase the female representation at the executive level of IKB AG.

As a trained legal assistant, she is a founding member of the Woman into Leadership e.V. initiative in Düsseldorf and has been actively involved as a mentor since its inception in 2017. Since November 2022, she has been a member of the board.

In 2019, Nicole Riggers was honored as the Mentor of the Year 2019 by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Mentoring (German Society for Mentoring) in Berlin.

Since July 2019, she has been a board member of Zukunft durch Industrie e.V. (Future through Industry) in Düsseldorf.
