Petra Loubek thrives on new challenges and continuous development, a theme evident throughout her career – true to the motto “Change – Yes, please.” Petra Loubek began her professional journey at Ströer in 2011. Since then, she has held various roles across different departments at multiple locations in Germany, often simultaneously. These diverse experiences have allowed her to enhance her leadership skills and develop extensive sales expertise. Since 2021, she has served as the Head of Regional Sales at Ströer Media Deutschland GmbH, overseeing sales channels across Germany. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, implementation of sales activities, and ensuring growth within her sales segment. Additionally, since 2022, she has been the Managing Director of Ströer Deutsche Städte Medien GmbH and previously served on the Supervisory Board of Ströer SE & Co. KGaA. She has always known that she wanted to be a leader and is dedicated to supporting and nurturing employees and individuals along their paths. Currently, alongside her role at Ströer, she is pursuing training as an International Systemic Business Coach at Gasche Exzellent Leadership to further develop personally and acquire new skills. Petra Loubek lives near Cologne, is an avid skier, and loves nature and animals, which provide her with a balance to her professional life. Her life motto is: A day without laughter is a wasted day.
