Prof. Dr. Christian Busch is the author of “The Serendipity Mindset”, a “wise, exciting and life-changing book” (Arianna Huffington) that “provides an excellent practical guide for all” (Paul Polman, former CEO of Unilever). Dr. Busch is the director of the CGA Business Program at New York University (NYU) and also teaches and conducts research at the London School of Economics (LSE). He is a co-founder of Leaders on Purpose (a network of leading CEOs) and the Sandbox Network (a network of young innovators), and a former co-director of the LSE Innovation Center. He is among the “30 management thinkers who will shape the future” (Thinkers50), a member of the expert forum of the World Economic Forum (WEF), and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. His work has been published in specialized journals such as the Strategic Management Journal and Harvard Business Review, and shared in media outlets such as Wirtschaftswoche, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Forbes, and the BBC. He earned his PhD from the London School of Economics and is a guest columnist for Psychology Today and other publications.
