Sana Piracha is a mother of three children and has been the managing director of DS3A Capital GmbH since July 2020. She advises founders and managers and makes angel investments. Sana supports startups during financing rounds and helps develop business ideas and business plans.

Since May 2024, she has been the Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer of a design startup in Frankfurt. In 2023, she worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Meet5 GmbH, a social/community-building startup. Prior to that, she took several years of parental leave, during which she led the project coordination of a real estate project.

Between April 2016 and November 2018, she was Vice President at RPP Harvest Omnium GmbH in Frankfurt, focusing on M&A and strategic consulting.

From August 2012 to March 2016, she worked as an Associate at One Equity Partners Europe GmbH in Frankfurt, where she was involved in executing acquisitions and divestitures, monitoring portfolio companies, and coordinating fundraising activities.

Her career began as an analyst in investment banking at Lazard Frères & Co GmbH in Frankfurt. Sana holds a degree in business administration and studied at the University of Mannheim, focusing on finance and corporate finance.

She speaks fluent German, English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.
