Chief Physician at the Heart Center Leipzig, has been a heart surgeon for 16 years and has saved the lives of many people during her years in transplantation medicine. Personal experiences and a focus on gender medicine have deepened her perspective on the heart. Today, she understands the needs of women with heart diseases in all their facets. From various patient conversations, she knows the concerns and needs of women with heart diseases and how immensely important it is to listen to the patients carefully. Because personal experiences, combined with diagnostic test results, become part of the individual medical history and are the key to healing the female heart.
