Simone Kollmann-Göbels is the Senior Vice President of Procurement & Real Estate at the STRÖER Group and is responsible for all subsidiary companies. After completing her business administration studies in Cologne and London, she wrote her thesis at the REWE Group, where she subsequently worked in international internal auditing. Since 2013, she has held various positions and worked in different areas for the STRÖER Group. She is also a lecturer at the Cologne Business School in Cologne and actively participates in various programs that promote women in leadership positions, including IWiL (Initiative Women into Leadership) and the Women in Leadership Alliance in Cologne. Additionally, Simone Kollmann-Göbels is a member of FidAR (Women on Boards Germany) and has been serving on the supervisory board of STRÖER SE & Co. KGaA since June 2022.
