Tatjana Kiel

Tatjana Kiel is the CEO of Klitschko Ventures and a long-term business partner of Dr. Wladimir Klitschko. They have extracted the method called FACE the Challenge from his expertise gained from nearly 30 years of professional sports. Tatjana Kiel is responsible for developing and overseeing the business areas based on this method, ranging from individual consulting measures for companies and organizations that Klitschko Ventures supports in transformation projects, to educational formats for individuals and teams.

Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, Tatjana Kiel’s work has had another focus. The charitable company with the same name, #WeAreAllUkrainians, was formed as a result of her and Wladimir Klitschko’s aid initiative at the start of the war. It implements sustainable relief measures and facilitates needs-based support between donors, Ukrainian NGOs, and relief projects.

Tatjana Kiel’s mission is to promote personal, entrepreneurial, and societal growth through her actions. Within the framework of FACE the Challenge, this means motivating people and empowering them to overcome their challenges in order to achieve sustainable transformation. Through her social commitment, she bridges the gap between needs and support services to realize help quickly, efficiently, and at scale.

She shares her FACE expertise as a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen in the CAS continuing education program on Change & Innovation Management and is the founder of the women’s business network Ladies Mentoring. Through her voluntary role as a board member of the initiative Startup Teens, she supports young talents.
