Early on in her life, Uta realized her joy for numbers and languages, and her resume reflects this passion.

Uta studied business administration at TU Berlin. Following that, she spent over 20 years at thyssenkrupp, holding various leadership positions both domestically and internationally, ultimately serving as CFO and commercial managing director of thyssenkrupp System Engineering.

In late 2020, Uta transitioned to Krones, a globally operating company that manufactures machinery for the beverage and food industry, spanning process technology, filling technology, packaging technology, intralogistics, and digitalization.

Initially, Uta was responsible for controlling, accounting, and taxes for the entire Krones Group.

Since January 2023, Uta has been the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the board of Krones AG. Alongside overseeing the global finance department, she is also responsible for human resources across the group.

Her daily pursuit of excellence, effective collaboration, and authentic leadership encapsulate her personal standards.

In her free time, Uta prefers to be outdoors in nature, hiking and running to disconnect from her daily routine and gain fresh perspectives. When it comes to vacations, she prefers distant destinations – with New Zealand being her most frequently visited country by far.
