What is your personal recipe for a happy life?
Do not try to have it all or to be perfect in everything. Why? Because trying to be perfect in everything stresses you out and does not work. Accept it as it is and don’t waste any time on beating yourself up to do more, prioritize what is important to you and not what other people want you to be.
What would your advice to young women be, on how to find the career of their dreams?
Think about what you are passionate about and what you want to leave behind. Set a long-term goal and plan small steps toward it. Invest the time to learn about yourself, what you are good at and observe what drives you forward. Bear in mind, it is always easier to do what you do well than something what you aspire to but is not part of your natural skill set.
What do you do, if your passion gets distracted by daily life disturbances?
Accept it. This WILL happen. It is a natural part of life, don’t beat yourself up. Try again tomorrow.
