Seit ChatGPT im November 2022 veröffentlicht wurde, erfährt das Thema KI einen neuen Hype. Damit öffnet sich für uns das nächste „window of opportunity“ um KI in vielen Unternehmensbereichen zur Anwendung zu bringen. KI-basierte Technologien können uns dabei helfen, Prozesse zu optimieren, Entscheidungen zu verbessern und neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu eröffnen. Trotzdem gibt es nicht unbegründet viele Bedenken und Vorbehalte bei der Anwendung. Anhand von Beispielen und Best-Practice Ansätzen möchte ich erzählen, wie wir als 1&1 bereits die Vorteile dieser Technologie nutzen und gleichzeitig mit den dazu gehörenden Herausforderungen umgehen.

Vita: Cecile is Head of Customer Experience, Insights and Analytics at 1&1 Telecommunication S.E. She is responsible for Customer and Market Intelligence. Before joining 1&1 she was Managing Director of Tchibo Mobilfunk GmbH & Co. KG, a joint venture of Tchibo and TelefĂłnica Germany.
She has widespread expertise in finance, operations, business development, venture capital and strategic international partnerships in B2B and B2C telecommunications, retail and media markets.
In various roles within the Telefonica Group and Deutsche Telekom Cecile was leading cross-cultural and cross-organisational teams in start-up like scenarios initiating innovative new business models and growing strategic partnerships. She graduated as Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) in technology and management in Media.
