Eine Karriere geprägt durch Zufälle?
In meinem Beitrag teile ich meine persönliche Karrieregeschichte und zeige, wie vermeintliche Zufälle meinen beruflichen Weg geprägt haben. Es gab verschiedene Schlüsselmomente, von denen ich lange dachte: „Was für ein Zufall, dass ich zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort war.“ Doch diese Ereignisse waren keine bloßen Zufälle, sondern aktiv genutzte Chancen. Für meine berufliche Entwicklung spielten daher neben der Qualifikation auch weitere wichtige Eigenschaften eine Rolle: Mut zur Veränderung, Selbstvertrauen, Risikobereitschaft und Lust auf neue Herausforderungen. Vor allem aber aktiv zu handeln und nicht auf den richtigen Moment, Zeitpunkt oder meine Entdeckung zu warten.
