Vita: Veronika Wellge leitet als Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy die globale Strategieentwicklung, Business Development und M&A Aktivitäten der BSH Hausgeräte GmbH. Gemeinsam mit ihrem Team stellt sie sicher, dass die globale Strategie die BSH nachhaltig wettbewerbsfähig aufstellt. Zudem unterstützt sie darin, die Strategie zielgerichtet auf die Regionen, Produktkategorien und Brands herunterzubrechen und realisiert Projekte, um die Strategie auf die Straße zu bringen.
Seit 2021 treibt sie mit dem Führungsteam der BSH die Transformation in einem sich schnell verändernden Marktumfeld voran, was u. A. Kundenanforderungen, Wettbewerbslandschaft und Veränderungen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette angehen. Angetrieben durch neue Herausforderungen, kontinuierliche Veränderung und ein Umfeld, um stetig zu wachsen, hat sie Ihre bisherigen beruflichen Stationen gewählt. Sie ist immer auf der Suche nach einer Balance, von Anfang an Impact zu erzielen und gleichzeitig selbst schnell zu wachsen. Dies führte sie von der Unternehmensberatung zur Gründung eines eigenen Unternehmens im Bereich eHealth und im Anschluss zum Tech Giganten Amazon. Aktuell bringt sie ihre diverse Erfahrung optimal in die Strategiearbeit der BSH ein.

Vita: Anne is an enthusiastic and empathic leader, shaping consumer centered digitalization, with a strong strategic background as well as profound operational experience in technology and agile ways of working. She started her career in management consulting in 2007 working mainly for clients in the Telco and HighTech Space globally. Since 2014, she has been building-up digitalization within BSH. First from Corporate Strategy, than building of the team of digital touch point excellence and later the department of Digital Strategy. In her current role, she is responsible with her truly global team for all consumer facing applications like Websites, eShops, CRM and customer service solutions. In her private time, Anne is a friend, a wife, a mother of two boys (3 & 6) and likes to spend times outdoors with friends & family.
