It aims to equip professionals with the necessary knowledge to navigate complex salary negotiations successfully. Based on the principles of game theory and best practices from negotiation cases, we will discuss the importance of strategic decision-making and key factors that influence negotiation outcomes, including information asymmetry and reasoning. By synthesizing these findings, we will identify strategies that individuals can employ to enhance their negotiation power and confidence to attain more favorable salary packages.
