Details about the speaker Tanya Altmann
Vita: Tanya Altmann (geb. am 07. Februar 1977 in Aalen) ist seit dem 01. April 2023 Divisionsleiterin der Division Optronics & Land Solutions sowie die Geschäftsführerin der HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH. In dieser Funktion führt sie das Optronics-Geschäft in den Bereichen Luft-, Raumfahrt-, See- und Landanwendungen und ist verantwortlich für die strategische Entwicklung und operative Leistung der Optronics-Division. Dazu gehören alle Geschäfte der HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH sowie der HENSOLDT Optronics Pty. (Ltd.) in Südafrika.
Zuvor war Sie CEO der Skoda Transportation Deutschland GmbH. Als President für den globalen Busbereich war sie maßgeblich für die Einführung von Bussen mit alternativen, vor allem aber Wasserstoff- und Elektro-Antrieben, verantwortlich. Bei der türkischen Schwesterfirma TEMSA (OEM im Bereich Bus und Miditrucks) war Tanya Altmann Board-Member. Aus beiden Positionen heraus konnte sie Synergien nutzen, um das Bus-Geschäft und die Strategie der alternativen Antriebskonzepte voranzutreiben. Durch zahlreiche Markteinführungen, unter anderem auch in Deutschland und Skandinavien, wuchsen beide Unternehmen deutlich.Vor ihrem Wechsel zu Skoda war Tanya Altmann CEO für die Regionen Central-, East-European, Russian + CIS Region (CEER) bei GE Power Conversion in Berlin. Das Unternehmen bietet Produkt- und Systemlösungen in nahezu allen Industriebereichen, wie z.B. für die Stahl-, Bergbau-, Automotive- und Power-Industrie an.
In der Rolle der Senior Projekt-Managerin war Tanya Altmann beim Zugbauer Alstom beschäftigt. Dort gehörte die Akquise und Projektabwicklung eines Elektrotriebzug-Auftrages inkl. Serviceleistung im Wert von ca. 275 Millionen Euro im Auftrag des Zweckverbandes Mittelsachsen für den Verkehrsverbund Mittelsachsen zu ihren größten Erfolgen.
Ihre erste Anstellung erhielt Tanya Altmann im Rahmen der Entwicklung des A400M bei Airbus Military. Neben der Verantwortung für den „Wing Covers“-Bereich war Altmann gleichzeitig Finance-Controllerin und Weight-Managerin.
Ihren Abschluss im Maschinenbau sowie der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik erlangte Tanya Altmann an der Technischen Universität Braunschweig (Carolo-Wilhelmina).
