Vita: Seit dem 01. Januar 2024 ist Jenny Friese Mitglied des Vorstands der Allianz Beratungs- und Vertriebs-AG (ABV) und leitet das eigenständige Ressort Bankenvertrieb und Mitarbeitergeschäft. Sie hat langjährige Erfahrung im Bankenvertrieb, zuletzt war sie als Mitglied des Vorstands der Deutschen Apotheker- und Ärztebank für das Ressort Privatkunden zuständig. Bis Ende 2020 war Jenny Friese langjährig bei der Commerzbank tätig, unter anderem sechs Jahre als Bereichsvorständin Privat- und Unternehmerkunden und als Mitglied des Segmentvorstands. Begonnen hat sie ihre berufliche Laufbahn bei der Deutschen Bank im Jahr 1994, wo sie später als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung beispielsweise für die Vertriebsqualifizierung und Wealth Management verantwortlich war.

Georgiana’s expertise lies in cross-border and local HR strategies, paired with her deep understanding of large, complex organizations. Her commercially minded approach, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills, combined with a calm and balanced demeanor, reflect her commitment to both people and business. Georgiana is known for her can-do attitude and her ability to inspire teams, always focusing on fostering growth and innovation.
In her professional journey, Georgiana has held key leadership positions, including her current role on the Executive Board of HypoVereinsbank starting in March 2024, and previously as a Management Board Member at UniCredit Bank Austria AG. Her experience includes leadership roles in London as the Head of HR for the UK and Global Markets, as well as senior HR positions in Romania.
