My 20+ year at Infineon Technologies: what it takes to be successful
As I reflect on my journey spanning over two decades at Infineon Technologies, it’s like a dance. It is about what the company offers and what the individuals are seeking.
On the one side, the company offers a nurturing environment for growth and promotion pathways such as career paths and internal mobility. On the other hand, individuals are seeking opportunities and are investing their energy into their tasks as well as learning and networking.
