Whether made out of glass, PET or aluminum – Krones machines and lines process millions of bottles, cans and specially shaped bottles each day. Brewing tomorrow's food - Was Krones mit der Ernährung von morgen zu tun hat
Innovationen müssen nicht immer völlig neue Erfindungen bedeuten, sondern können auch Transferinnovationen sein. Im Bereich Alternative Food Processing machen wir bei Krones genau das: Wir denken unkonventionell und nutzen unsere langjährige Erfahrung in der Brau- und Getränkeindustrie, um mit unseren Anlagen die Lebensmittel der Zukunft zu produzieren. Ein Bericht über unseren Alltag in einem vielfältigen, offenen und dynamischen Umfeld im Sinne von: Solutions beyond tomorrow.

Vita: Während meines Bachelorstudiums der Lebensmitteltechnologie in Weihenstephan, Freising, nutzte ich die Möglichkeit , durch Praktika und Abschlussarbeiten in verschiedene Berufsfelder von der Forschung im Labor über die Produktentwicklung bis hin zur Qualitätssicherung kennenzulernen. Mein Masterstudium habe ich schließlich in Kopenhagen, Dänemark, abgeschlossen, wo ich anschließend als Projektingenieur im Anlagenbau gearbeitet habe. Aufgrund der Pandemie kehrte ich nach Deutschland zurück, wo ich zunächst in der Fabrikplanung Neu- und Umbauten von Molkereien geplant habe. Seit Mai 2023 bin ich bei der Krones AG und wir bauen den Bereich "Alternative Food Processing" auf. Unser Ziel ist es, technische Lösungen und Konzepte zu entwickeln, die auch in Zukunft ein vielfältiges und nachhaltiges Angebot an alternativen Proteinquellen ermöglichen.
