Vita: Navdeep Gill ist Senior IT Project Leader und leitet IT-Projekte bei der Lufthansa Technik AG. Hierbei treibt sie aktiv die Digitalisierung des größten Business Segments "Aircraft Component Services" voran. Sie weist mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Luftfahrtindustrie auf und bildet seither eine intensive Schnittstelle zwischen dem Shopfloor, also dem Wartungs- und Reparaturbetrieb und der Entwicklung digitaler Produkte. Nicht nur in ihrem Kerngebiet, sondern auch im internen Female Network von Lufthansa Technik, zeigt sie intrinsisch motiviertes Engagement und setzt neue Akzente bzgl. Diversität und Nachhaltigkeit.
