Details about the speaker Rebecca Fahrnholz
Vita: Als studierte Wirtschaftssinologin begann ihre berufliche Laufbahn 2008 in Peking (China) zunächst als Projektleiterin bei Marketing- und Eventagenturen. Während dieser Zeit produzierte Sie Image- und Dokumentarfilme für das chinesische Staatsfernsehen.
2013 wechselte sie zur Volkswagen Group China. Hier war sie im Bereich Unternehmensentwicklung tätig und überführte die Volkswagen HR Strategie nach China. Später leitete sie die Service Factory in einem Volkswagen Getriebewerk in Tianjin (China).
Nach mehr als 10 Jahren in Asien wechselte sie 2018 nach MĂĽnchen zur TRATON SE. Von der Holding zog es sie zurĂĽck in die Marke. Seit 2020 findet man sie bei der MAN Truck & Bus SE. Derzeit leitet sie dort - inzwischen Mutter geworden - die Abteilung Recruiting & Employer Branding.
Details about the speaker Alexandra Lust
Vita: Als gelernte Bankkauffrau und studierte Wirtschaftswissenschaftlerin mit Schwerpunkt Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung, startete sie 2010 ihre Karriere im Personalbereich als HR Business Partner bei der MAN Truck & Bus SE zuständig für die Corporate Functions und ab 2013 bis 2017 für den Bereich der Fahrerhausproduktion. Während dieser Zeit sammelte sie grundlegende Erfahrungen in der operativen Personalarbeit und in der vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat.
Im Frühjahr 2017 wechselte sie in den Bereich „Labour Relations“, um als Teilprojektleiterin maßgeblich an der Umwandlung der Volkswagen Truck & Bus GmbH in die TRATON SE als Societas Europaea mitzugestalten.
Nach mehr als 8 Jahren bei MAN Truck & Bus wechselte sie 2019 zu den Holdinggesellschaften MAN SE und TRATON SE, um ein gemeinsames HR Business Partner Team aufzubauen. Im Jahr 2020 übernahm sie zusätzlich die Aufgaben für den TRATON Standort Södertälje in Schweden, das globale Talent Management, den Bereich HR Digitalisierung und Company Services bei TRATON.
Seit Anfang 2022 verantwortet sie bei TRATON den HR Bereich in einer global ausgerichteten Funktion und steuert mit derzeit 42 Mitarbeitenden an zwei Standorten die lokalen und strategischen HR-Themen der TRATON Gruppe.
