Vita: Yiran is a Senior Solution Consultant working at ServiceNow for 4 years, and is currently responsible for 4 global and local consulting clients. She is one of the first associates that joined the ServiceNow EMEA Early in Career Program. After the program, she has been working with manufacturing and consulting customers to help their digital transformation journeys, especially during and after the covid time. She has a background in Psychology and Management from the US, UK, France, and Germany. She is passionate about employee experience, chatbots, and AI.
