Vita: Nina ist CEO und Mitbegründerin der TWISE GmbH – einem StartUp mit innovativem New-Werk-Ansatz, der Frauen vom mittleren Management an die Spitze befördert.
Die Mission von TWISE besteht darin, die Frauenquote in Führungspositionen so zu verändern, dass sie das Geschlechtergleichgewicht in der deutschen Gesellschaft widerspiegelt.
Vor TWISE arbeitete Nina über 10 Jahre bei McKinsey & Company in verschiedenen Ländern und beriet Organisationen von großen Konzernen bis hin zu kleinen NGOs zu strategischen Themen.

Vita: Swantje Hepke und Carina Haverstreng sind in Summe seit mehr als 35 Jahren Teil der FIEGE Gruppe. Gemeinsam bilden sie das Tandem „SwaCa“ und haben das TWISE-Onboarding durchlaufen. In ihrer Führungsrolle verantworten sie den Bereich Projekte, Prozesse und Systeme (PPS) in der Business-Unit Last Mile. Beide Frauen sind erfahrene Logistikexpertinnen, die ihre umfassende Expertise in verschiedensten Bereichen bei FIEGE, einem der führenden Kontraktlogistikunternehmen Europas, einsetzen. Während ihrer beruflichen Karriere nahmen beide ihre Rolle als Vollzeit-Eltern wahr und entschieden sich mehrmals für eine Teilzeitbeschäftigung, um sich auf ihre Familien zu fokussieren. Beide engagieren sich mit großer Leidenschaft für zahlreiche soziale Projekte, insbesondere mit Blick auf die Förderung von Frauen zu Führungskräften und die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf. Swantje begann ihre Laufbahn bereits in jungen Jahren mit dem dualen Studium an der DHBW in Lörrach und als Projektassistentin bei FIEGE in Belgien. Darauf aufbauend zieht sich das Thema „Projektmanagement“ durch ihre gesamte Vita bei FIEGE. Viele Jahre hat sie Kundenprojekte im In- und Ausland in der Hochlaufphase betreut und zum Erfolg geführt. Zuletzt leitete sie als Projektmanagerin im Bereich Engineering & Lean Management erfolgreich Projekte zur Prozessoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung. Auch Carina ist eine erfahrene Führungskraft mit umfangreicher Erfahrung in der Projektplanung, der Geschäftsentwicklung und dem Management. Ihre Karriere bei FIEGE begann ebenfalls als junge Frau im Assistenzbereich des Vorstands. Im Anschluss war sie als Business Development Managerin für die Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und die Entwicklung von Wachstumsstrategien verantwortlich. Darauf aufbauend wurde sie mit 29 Jahren Niederlassungsleiterin an einem FIEGE Healthcare Standort und verantwortete nach ihrer ersten Elternzeit in ihrer Rolle als Head of Business Administration die Bereiche Controlling, IT, HR und Lean Management in der Business-Unit Healthcare. Seit einem Jahr arbeiten sie im Tandem.
