In meinem Vortrag berichte ich von meiner Reise, wie sich anfängliche Leidenschaft und Selbstständigkeit durch äußeren und inneren Druck zu einem sicheren Job entwickelt hat. Dabei geht die Leidenschaft und der Wunsch nach Selbstständigkeit nicht verloren. Es ist ein Balanceakt zwischen dem, was man liebt, und der Sicherheit, die man anstrebt. So kann man erfolgreich sein und seine Leidenschaft bewahren.

Erfolg in der Beratung: Strategien für herausfordernde Projekte
In meinem Vortrag teile ich praxisnahe Einblicke in die Besonderheiten von M&A Projekten. Ich beleuchte die entscheidende Rolle der IT für den Erfolg von M&A Deals, von Infrastruktur und Software bis zu IT Security. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Umgang mit Private Equities und der hohen Zielorientierung in einer klassischen Männerdomäne. Zudem gehe ich darauf ein, wie man mit Zeitdruck umgeht, richtig priorisiert und authentisch auftritt. Warum es wichtig ist, einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren und Change Management sowie Kommunikation erfolgreich zu gestalten. Außerdem teile ich meine Erfahrungen als einzige Frau im Projekt zu arbeiten.
