In meinem Vortrag berichte ich von meiner Reise, wie sich anfängliche Leidenschaft und Selbstständigkeit durch äußeren und inneren Druck zu einem sicheren Job entwickelt hat. Dabei geht die Leidenschaft und der Wunsch nach Selbstständigkeit nicht verloren. Es ist ein Balanceakt zwischen dem, was man liebt, und der Sicherheit, die man anstrebt. So kann man erfolgreich sein und seine Leidenschaft bewahren.

Vita: Jenny studied Robotics and AI at the Technical University of Munich, building a strong foundation in engineering and computer science. She has gained experience working at large corporations like BMW and Siemens, as well as in dynamic startups such as Scalable Capital, focusing on financial products. Currently, Jenny leads AI strategy at Valantic, where she initially developed AI solutions for financial clients. With the rise of generative AI, she has shifted towards shaping AI strategy, driving innovation during this pivotal time in the tech industry.
