In heutigen Familien wollen – vollkommen zurecht – immer öfter beide Elternteile in ihrem Beruf erfolgreich arbeiten. Dies steht einem immer komplexer werdendem Familienleben gegenüber: Die schier unendlichen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten gepaart mit sich ständig ändernden Erwartungen / Anforderungen an die Eltern verlangen immer größere Flexibilität.
