Dance, play, grow
Kids need to play and dance to grow, enjoy life and embrace their potential to the fullest.
It is very similar, if not the same, in a business environment. To be creative and to give our full potential, for an organization to be resilient to crises, it needs different people who “dance” and “play.” And yet, who dares to play in an environment where there might be judgment, evaluation, and a lack of acceptance of differences? Vita: Vedrana Miholić’s professional background includes more than 20 years of successful and efficient work in different fields ranging from programming to consultancy and management. She has been successfully leading the sales organization at CROZ for more than 13 years. She is publicly best known for her activities regarding teaching STEM skills from the earliest age and her advocacy for including more women in the tech industry. Vedrana is a passionate runner and counts finishing the Berlin, New York, and Chicago marathons, as well as ascending the Kilimanjaro summit as her achievements.
