Her career with UniCredit has seen her excel in various high-responsibility roles throughout Germany, UK, Central and Eastern Europe and within the Client Solutions divisions in Bucharest, London, Vienna and Munich.
Georgiana’s expertise lies in cross-border and local HR strategies, paired with her deep understanding of large, complex organizations. Her commercially minded approach, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills, combined with a calm and balanced demeanor, reflect her commitment to both people and business. Georgiana is known for her can-do attitude and her ability to inspire teams, always focusing on fostering growth and innovation.
In her professional journey, Georgiana has held key leadership positions, including her current role on the Executive Board of HypoVereinsbank starting in March 2024, and previously as a Management Board Member at UniCredit Bank Austria AG. Her experience includes leadership roles in London as the Head of HR for the UK and Global Markets, as well as senior HR positions in Romania.
