Growth Paradox
In a world obsessed with growth and constant achievement, we often fall into the trap of limiting beliefs—ideas like “I need to constantly move forward” or “I’m not good enough.” These beliefs hold us back, leaving us exhausted and unfulfilled.
The key to unlocking our true potential is to pause, reflect, and reframe these beliefs. Take care of our “goose”—balance growth with self-care—and you’ll achieve success with purpose, not just productivity. Nurture your goose, don’t kill it.
