With a rich career that spans leadership roles in technology, healthcare, and consulting across the US and Europe, Rachael brings a wealth of experience in building organizational cultures that support both professional achievement and personal fulfillment.

With more than two decades of paid work experience as VP, President, CEO, and Co-Founder in small to large companies, and more than 13 years of unpaid work as the mother of two boys, Rachael is passionate about sharing her experiences and an empowering approach to self leadership for a meaningful integration of home and work life.

Vita: Miriam hat nach ihrem Studium 16 Jahre lang ihre Karriere in einer der größten internationalen Personalberatungen verfolgt. Sie stieg in Frankfurt als Trainee ein, wurde in ihrem ersten vollen Jahr erfolgreichste Beraterin weltweit und eröffnete dann in ihrem 2. Jahr eine Filiale in Düsseldorf, die sie aufbaute und führte. Sie bekam im weiteren Verlauf Auszeichnungen als „beste Managerin“ und „bestes Team“ und wurde dann zur ersten weiblichen Direktorin in der DACH-Region befördert, während sie nach der Geburt ihres ersten Sohnes ihre Bereiche in Teilzeit führte und hier zusätzlich selbst Frauen in Teilzeit führte. Sie war außerdem gleichzeitig Diversitätsbeauftragte der DACH-Region. Miriam sammelte in ihrer Karriere Erfahrung in Job- bzw. Top-sharing. Zuletzt war sie Standortleiterin des Headquarters in Frankfurt, bevor sie sich entschied, als Partnerin, Coach und Trainerin bei parents@work einzusteigen. Sie hat 2 Söhne im Alter von 5 & 9 Jahren, mit denen sie vor allem sportliche Aktivitäten wie Fußball, Tennis oder Handball verfolgt. Mit der Familie bereisen sie gerne alle Kontinente, lieben Kulinarik sowie andere Kulturen.
