Vita: As former Chief Financial Officer and Group CFO at HHLA Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG, Tanja Dreilich was responsible for financial strategy and management, as well as real estate strategy, contributing to efficient and value-oriented corporate governance. Tanja Dreilich will leave HHLA on December 31, 2023.

Previously, Tanja Dreilich served as CFO of a global division with approximately 8.5 billion euros in revenue and 50 factories worldwide at ZF Friedrichshafen AG. As Group CFO and Managing Director of the KIRCHHOFF Group, a global company in the automotive industry, she had extensive responsibilities, including finance, controlling, accounting, treasury, M&A, taxes, risk management, procurement, and IT (SAP S4 Hana Roll Out). In this position, she significantly strengthened the financial functions of the company.

Further positions in Tanja Dreilich’s career include her role as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and CEO at Nemetschek Group, an international software company. There, as the sole member of the executive board (CEO and CFO), she was responsible for all corporate functions and subsidiaries, leading the company to the TecDAX. She led the group strategy, group performance management, investor relations, finance, controlling and accounting, human resources, and IT. Additionally, she served on the supervisory boards of several subsidiaries, including Vectorworks/USA, Scia/Belgium, and Graphisoft/Hungary.

Tanja Dreilich also gained experience as CFO and Managing Director of Facility and Fund Management at GAGFAH GROUP, a real estate company listed on the MDAX, where she was responsible for finance, controlling, accounting, planning, procurement, IT, business development, and insurance.

Furthermore, she served as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Nordzucker AG, a leading company in the sugar industry. In this position, she was responsible for finance, controlling, accounting, planning, taxes, risk management, business development, M&A, IT, and capital markets.

Tanja Dreilich has broad industry experience in various sectors, including the automotive industry, electronics/manufacturing industry, software industry, food industry/FMCG, packaging/pharmaceutical industry, real estate/service sector, and port and logistics sector.
