Vita: Christina is a Principal at the management consultancy Horváth, where she has been working as a consultant in the Chemicals and Life Sciences industry practice for almost 10 years. She comes from a background in business administration and has gained her international project and team leadership experience with well-known and globally operating companies in the chemicals and life sciences industry. With her broad knowledge of industry specifics and corporate processes, she advises large companies in areas such as business transformation and strategy as well as performance management and steering. She is also particularly passionate about sustainability issues and is intensively committed to this both for her clients and for Horváth as a company.
