My 20+ year at Infineon Technologies: what it takes to be successful
As I reflect on my journey spanning over two decades at Infineon Technologies, it’s like a dance. It is about what the company offers and what the individuals are seeking.
On the one side, the company offers a nurturing environment for growth and promotion pathways such as career paths and internal mobility.
