Vita: Isil Uysal is a professional coach, trainer, and facilitator of learning and becoming through human connection.

She facilitates conversations that inspire and empower people to lead from the mindset of possibility and growth so that they co-create futures of success and prosperity for themselves and their ecosystems.

She holds a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation and had the joy of partnering with hundreds of professionals and leaders from various countries as their coach, watching them experiencing the lightness of becoming aware of what matters to them and leading change in their work and lives for more meaning, fulfilment, and aliveness.

Isil believes work to be the medium of human generosity and development and inquires the question „How can we prosper through our work?“. Her book The Gift of Being Unfulfilled at Work and her podcast Unique Careers, Unique Lives are products of this inquiry.

Prior to coaching, Isil has worked in multinational banking corporations as a senior manager in project management, product management, digitalization, and customer experience. She was always interested in bringing creative ideas to the service of people which she continues in her current work.

Isil is originally from Turkey, currently lives in Munich, Germany.

She is passionate about creating a greater impact by certifying coaches and teaching leaders to become coaches for their people and teams at BeCoach Academy, which she co-founded with her business partner Elena Marsh in 2018. Today, BeCoach Academy offers Level 1 and Level 2 programs accredited by the International Coaching Federation. The international community of students praise BeCoach Academy, saying that joining has been one of the best decisions they’ve made in years.
